A weekend without Louise!
After Louise had left Thursday to visit family for Rojas, it took Before long, Carolin had prepared able mass accidents in the apartment! It started when she broke a 1 m long and heavy glass vase that there was some twigs in! Then she got so annoyed that she went down to pick up the laundry, and she has obviously not learned from his mother that you wait until the machine is finished before you open it, nah! Carolin wanted out clothes and opened just as well the machine when it was full of water! It poured water on the floor, Carolin took the clothes and ran! In the elevator she heard shouting caretaker, Carolinaaa! She stands and bathing in water in the elevator! She hangs up all the clothes and to dry after him in the elevator, when she meets the caretaker, He was not happy to say it like that;) At 20.00, she would at BBQ on Pichincha, the hostel we stayed in before. And even after living there for 2 weeks, Carolin managed the impossible, to get to. She came 1 hour late, no food again .. In the evening there was the tango! Saturday she was in town with a friend, went to the Recoleta, and was on the museum. That evening, she and the other Norwegian girls invited Asado (barbecue) with some friends. Very good food and very good company! Sunday was supposed to Louise to come home, so I had to clean Carolin! We also managed in all stressed when I was leaving on Thursday to crack a river sprite after having thrown the 7 floors down .. Clever Carolin fixed this! :) The apartment was shine when Louise came home!
Net laundry!! (Louise's sweater) Thank you Carolin!

A weekend without Carolin!
Louise would take a bus 14.40, it was full of course! So when she had to wait until 16! After a 4 hours long and very cold (much AC!) Bus I was greeted by Marian and her two daughters in Rojas:) That night we went out and ate very good pizza! :) Friday we went on the farm as the mother of Marian owned. Very big and beautiful farm! The children rode on horses while she was showing me around! :) Lots of nice houses in the area. Rojas is a very small and nice city! Not so much people and life in relation to how it is in Buenos Aires! All the shops close at 13, and opens again at 17, then all the siesta, and you do not see a man in the street. Saturday we were at some friends of the sun and hot, but suddenly a wall of black clouds and the worst storm came! After 1 hour it was sunny again, typical weather here in Argentina:) In the evening we were in barnebursdag with about 25 children aged 2-8 years! As you can imagine there was life;)
Sunday we had a good breakfast before they put Louise on the bus at 13.30! Carolin waiting for me with open arms!
We missed each other! :)
English hour! :)
Tuesday, February 15th we had our first English-hour. 13 children aged 9-13 years showed up! These children have never had English before, so the level is 0 We started by introducing ourselves, he said all the children in English what they are called, then we signed and had little toys:) The kids are very committed to learn, so it's good! They seem to think it's great fun! Had English Also on Thursday, when we repiterte bit, and tried some other toys. Next week we meet with the English teacher to those who work on Amartya, the organization that puts us in voluntary work. He will teach us how to add up hours ahead, in that we should have English two times a week until June.
Here are some pictures from the first day! The children are eager to get started with work! :)
We have now stopped and work in the field, for we would rather concentrate on working to promote farm. They have a project where they will make a great compost, and get people to sort and bring out how important it is to recycle. Here in Buenos Aires, nobody knows what it means to recycle / sort the garbage. We have therefore worked a day in the office to make a flyer that we distribute in the neighborhood.
Here is the flyer we have worked with! :)
Otherwise, we danced the tango! Louise has invested in a pair of tango shoes, so this can be exciting! :) We also indulgent us a little shopping, had to renew your wardrobe a bit:) On Friday, the 18, we made tacos here in the apartment! We were 6 girls! In an attempt to get to the Norwegian taco seasoning flavor of the meat we mixed into 4 different spices! :) It was an exciting result:)
Hope all is well with you back home! :)
