Athlete Camel Toe Accident

moved from Guatemala to Paraguay! :)

Hello again:)
The last time a lot has happened! Tuesday last week (22feb) we were on our way to work. When we came to Constitusion (railway station) we were shown out of the station by policemen! When we come out of the train station, it is chaos! Thousands of people, this day was togstreik it. Well, I thought we had an English-hour we had to catch. Asked if there were some buses, and it did, the bus 98, we should take! So then it was just starting to look for bus 98! But we probably were not the only ones who would get on the bus! The queue was 100m long. We stood for 45 minutes in the blazing sun in the queue, before we had to give up, really stupid! So, no English hour, went instead to the park and sunbathing and at night it was the tango! Louise tried their new tangosko! : D Full success!
On Wednesday we had a meeting with an English teacher from the United States. Very clever, and very motivated to help us with advice and tips. We should have close follow-up with him throughout period. After the meeting we bought English books, to improve the quality of the hour, and that it will be easier for those who will take over the class after us. We made ourselves very good dinner that we've become very good at, before we met the other volunteers on a playable.

Friday (25feb) we went to Tigre! Approximately 45 minutes away by train. Very nice city! Lots of islands that are close together, only channels that separate them, as you drive through with the boat. We took the boat about 30 minutes in the channels, before we found a restaurant on a large island, where we ate really good food, before we took the boat back:) Back in the land we sat in a park and ate ice delicious sun.
The Norwegian team in Tigre

Lots of nice houses and restaurants around the canals.

Here we eat good ice cream in the park in Tigre!

Found Raising Party

Saturday we had the responsibility to act in everything Found Raising party we had planned for Sunday! Traded into hot dogs, popcorn, cola and some prizes. The money we earned goes to the children in Berazategui that we have with English:)
Then it was Sunday! We cleaned and packed and cleaned all day long, for soon came the big move day! : D At 17 we went to Pichincha (the hostel we stayed at the first 2 weeks) where we would have found raising party. All were traded in, and the movie was rented, Pizza, Birra, Faso called it. Argentine action which is about the community in this country. Quite violent and brutal film, but instructive. Together we made up 600 pesos, almost 1000 NOK! There are a lot of money here, so we were very happy! :)

Last preparations before the sale starts:)
Sooooo lot of money we got in! : D
May write a thank you to all who contributed:)
Bannessa And who runs the hostel made some food for us, then thanked her in English:)

Paraguay 5326
Today we have moved from Guatemala to Paraguay street, all four blocks apart! We enjoy already! : D Carolin has been streptococcus (most likely) so she has remained for the most part today, so Louise had to go alone to work on a new place we started today, La Juegoteca. This is very similar to SFO in Norway, open between 1916-1918 Monday and Wednesday, and children come here to play and have fun! The children are between 4-12 years :) It was quite a mess today! The kids have no rules, they do as they please. Lots of howling and screaming and fighting all the time! Impossible and give messages! It's something we hope we can do something:)

Our new bathroom!

living room! Now we have a dining table with 4 chairs, so do not have to sit on the couch and eat:)
kitchen! Something COMPLETELY different than the last!
bedroom:)

Tomorrow morning we will have our first real solar day since Mexico! We will put us at the pool on top of the building J Hope you do not freeze to death at home in the cold!

Hope everyone else enjoying their World Cup forann television programs happen! We follow with! Very proud to be Norwegian! : D

How To Make Muncho Chips

Nest last week in the apartment:)

A weekend without Louise!
After Louise had left Thursday to visit family for Rojas, it took Before long, Carolin had prepared able mass accidents in the apartment! It started when she broke a 1 m long and heavy glass vase that there was some twigs in! Then she got so annoyed that she went down to pick up the laundry, and she has obviously not learned from his mother that you wait until the machine is finished before you open it, nah! Carolin wanted out clothes and opened just as well the machine when it was full of water! It poured water on the floor, Carolin took the clothes and ran! In the elevator she heard shouting caretaker, Carolinaaa! She stands and bathing in water in the elevator! She hangs up all the clothes and to dry after him in the elevator, when she meets the caretaker, He was not happy to say it like that;) At 20.00, she would at BBQ on Pichincha, the hostel we stayed in before. And even after living there for 2 weeks, Carolin managed the impossible, to get to. She came 1 hour late, no food again .. In the evening there was the tango! Saturday she was in town with a friend, went to the Recoleta, and was on the museum. That evening, she and the other Norwegian girls invited Asado (barbecue) with some friends. Very good food and very good company! Sunday was supposed to Louise to come home, so I had to clean Carolin! We also managed in all stressed when I was leaving on Thursday to crack a river sprite after having thrown the 7 floors down .. Clever Carolin fixed this! :) The apartment was shine when Louise came home!
Net laundry!! (Louise's sweater) Thank you Carolin!

A weekend without Carolin!
Louise would take a bus 14.40, it was full of course! So when she had to wait until 16! After a 4 hours long and very cold (much AC!) Bus I was greeted by Marian and her two daughters in Rojas:) That night we went out and ate very good pizza! :) Friday we went on the farm as the mother of Marian owned. Very big and beautiful farm! The children rode on horses while she was showing me around! :) Lots of nice houses in the area. Rojas is a very small and nice city! Not so much people and life in relation to how it is in Buenos Aires! All the shops close at 13, and opens again at 17, then all the siesta, and you do not see a man in the street. Saturday we were at some friends of the sun and hot, but suddenly a wall of black clouds and the worst storm came! After 1 hour it was sunny again, typical weather here in Argentina:) In the evening we were in barnebursdag with about 25 children aged 2-8 years! As you can imagine there was life;)
Sunday we had a good breakfast before they put Louise on the bus at 13.30! Carolin waiting for me with open arms!
We missed each other! :)

English hour! :)
Tuesday, February 15th we had our first English-hour. 13 children aged 9-13 years showed up! These children have never had English before, so the level is 0 We started by introducing ourselves, he said all the children in English what they are called, then we signed and had little toys:) The kids are very committed to learn, so it's good! They seem to think it's great fun! Had English Also on Thursday, when we repiterte bit, and tried some other toys. Next week we meet with the English teacher to those who work on Amartya, the organization that puts us in voluntary work. He will teach us how to add up hours ahead, in that we should have English two times a week until June.

Here are some pictures from the first day! The children are eager to get started with work! :)

We have now stopped and work in the field, for we would rather concentrate on working to promote farm. They have a project where they will make a great compost, and get people to sort and bring out how important it is to recycle. Here in Buenos Aires, nobody knows what it means to recycle / sort the garbage. We have therefore worked a day in the office to make a flyer that we distribute in the neighborhood.

Here is the flyer we have worked with! :)

Otherwise, we danced the tango! Louise has invested in a pair of tango shoes, so this can be exciting! :) We also indulgent us a little shopping, had to renew your wardrobe a bit:) On Friday, the 18, we made tacos here in the apartment! We were 6 girls! In an attempt to get to the Norwegian taco seasoning flavor of the meat we mixed into 4 different spices! :) It was an exciting result:)

Hope all is well with you back home! :)

Viva la vida loca!

Hi everyone! :)
This week there have been some changes in our daily lives. It s been a few problems with the apartment that we live in now, refrigerator and the freezer has been the biggest problem. And since we live in Argentina are all very long time, and they "always comes back about 20 minutes to fix it", which has taken them several weeks instead. We have been told that everything is going slowly realize that in this country to normal, but now that it's the holidays, one can only imagine ..
After a few views on other apartments, we have found our dream home and move in there on March 1. As soon as we went in to look at it, we got a feel-good and we just HAD to have it. Since it lies in the street we were going to live in, we felt that it was meant for us! :)

We have also started and work out !!!!! It bangs on the stairs in this apartment complex and we fly through the streets as people become completely speechless! hehe almost certainly ..

On Tuesday, we tested the Argentine tango, and we have now been completely saved! It was a late night, and dancing did not stop until after 6 hours!! so the next two days were a lot of weird walking and feet full of blisters, but it had been there! Tonight it's án again;)

Yesterday we took a trip Wednesday to the second place we will be working, which is about an hour outside of BA and called Berazategui. There is "La Casita", a place where children and young people can come after school to play, learn English and enjoy themselves. The place was opened by the church for a few years ago, but they have nothing there. There are no toys, paper, pens, nothing. If we want to initiate any activities we must raise money to afford to buy it necessary for the activities. It's not like the SFO in Norway where it has a wide range of games, etc, kids are going to have to find things that do not require any equipment. The children are absolutely fantastic and we have noticed a big difference in people outside the city, and those who live in Buenos Aires. In Berazategui there comes a calm, poor but still a fantastic environment. It's absolutely wonderful to see how the people appreciate what they have and when we came to the house were 30 excited children and took us with open arms. Purpose of the meeting yesterday was to get acquainted with the children and those who worked there, and to plan English lessons which begins this coming Tuesday. Louise and Caroline got a group of 10 children between 9 and 13 years as we have English lessons for 2 hours a day every Tuesday and Thursday. This takes place in a house "La Casita" has been assigned by the government and now stands completely empty. We have also been commissioned to find out what this empty place can be used, so we shall meet next Friday to discuss various ideas. Before the English lessons, we will be "La Casita" with their children, and afterwards we go to the other house where we have English with some other children. The project works incredibly exciting and we can not wait to get started!

Today Louise goes to a family member four hours outside the city, where she will be over the weekend. It will be interesting to see if Caroline manage alone without his roomie! ;)

Here we dance Tango!
In the zoo in Palermo! :)
We found a nice tree!
There was everything from seals, penguins, elephants, bears, polar bears, monkeys, and lots more!
This we never found out what was, but looks like a mix of kangaroo and Bambi;)
They ran freely around the entire park! :)
Some of the children we should learn English

Here is the space we have given the green light to do whatever we want with, just to make suggestions:)

Interstitial Cystitis Blogs In Uk

Moving to Palermo:)

Then we come to our apartment which is situated on a very nice area in Palermo:)
Previous week was last week of English lessons, and now we only speak English! ;) Tuesday, January 25, we went to a place Once called to act in a little apartment! We bought new bedding, towels, duvet and toaster. Bar all homes in nearly 40 degrees, into the packed sub, went off on the wrong stop, so we had to walk another 3 km before we were home! Puuh! But we got a really nice and comfortable bed:)

That was the bed:)

Then came Friday, when it was the home of a empanadas, Christian (responsible for cultural studies). EXTREMELY HAPPY! We arrived earlier so we could help to make it, so now we are champions. We were also aware of two very cute little girls who will go on the school we will begin working on next week.
In full efforts to rolling!
Here we fill them with everything from meat mixture, tomato and cheese, corn mix!

The two girls who attend school at La Casita, where we start to work next week:)
Here we empanadasene we have made! :)

On Saturday, it was time for sightseeing. We bought just as well 24 hour bus pass and put us at the top of the bus with headphones, dressed in bikinis. Drove through a lot of nice and interesting places, so now we have a little more overview of what exists. We found that Buenos Aires is a very green city amidst all the skyscrapers. In the evening we had our first Vors in the apartment with the girls who were very successful.
Worse tourists ska to look far:)

Then the headphone late on! :)
Avenida 9 de Julio, the world's widest Avenida (Avenue) 140 feet wide!
this flower weighs 18 tons, closes at night, and opens when the sun comes up:)
Louise and Caroline on the balcony of the president's house.
Vors in our apartment! : D

Sunday it was bad weather, so we kept most indoors and read a little English)
We made us a good dinner. We fried steak (with a little cheese), vegetables and really good tomatoes!

All the other girls from the hostel has been moved to host families and seems very happy. On Monday we visited their site, Ricoleta, not far from us. Very nice!

Today, Tuesday we had our first day on the job Pecohue, a farm located about 45 minutes from where we live. It is our job and help on the farm, and help mentally unstable people to socialize easily and how they should be able to fend for themselves. We were met with Mate, Argentine national drink. We were then put to work in the middle of the field to weed weeds, fight social and very fun. The problem was that we saw almost no difference those who worked as us, and those who were mentally unstable. Here, they speak only English, so now it's just trial and error! :)

Here we are in full swing!

After work we would inform us a little in the area, Palermo. We went almost 2 hours, and found all the places that we would know which was very educational! :) In the evening we went to Chinatown to meet the rest of the gang, where we met some new volunteers who arrived today, very good food and very cheap! We ate for a total of 60 NOK, bulk ink tips:) On Sunday, Chinese New Year's Eve, so we decided to eat dinner there today.
Gateway to China-Town! :)

Outside the restaurant! :)

Saludos!
